Soft cushion Set
The Soft Cushion Set comprises 6 types of cushion in various forms and
dimensions.
The Soft Cushion Set is used both for positioning the patient on the seat
and positioning the limb inside the coil used for the examination, as well
as to ensure the patient's well-being during the examination. In particular,
the cushions are used to offload the weight of the limb examined, thus
avoiding points of vascular and/or nervous c ompression of the limb.
The cushions are made of a very soft material, similar to foam and can be
inserted between the limb and coil, even in the case of small residual
spaces, without causing any pressure on the limb. The cushions therefore
ensure that the limb is locked in place inside the coil, thus preventing any
movements that may cause artifacts on the image, without affecting the
well-being of the patient in any way. The Soft Cushion Set is an effective
tool used to avoid any contact between the limb and the coil, in order to
optimize the well-being of the patient and the image quality.

item, the relative part of the O-scan system on which they are used.
