4.2.10.13 SHAFT ASSY ROLL FEED (REFERENCE ONLY) Removal
1. Remove the FUSER ASSY. (See Section 4.2.12.1.)
2. Remove the COVER ASSY TOP MAIN. (See Section 4.2.4.4.)
3. Remove the COVER ASSY FRONT HEAD. (See Section 4.2.4.2.)
4. Remove the COVER MSI. (See Section 4.2.4.11.)
5. Remove the TRAY ASSY MSI. (See Section 4.2.4.12.)
6. Remove the COVER ASSY FRONT IN. (See Section 4.2.4.13.)
7. Remove the COVER ASSY FRONT. (See Section 4.2.4.10.)
8. Remove the COVER SIDE L. (See Section 4.2.4.14.)
9. Remove the COVER SIDE R. (See Section 4.2.4.9.)
10. Remove the STRAP. (See Section 4.2.5.2.)
11. Remove the CHUTE ASSY OUT. (See Section 4.2.10.1.)
12. Remove the SOLENOID FEED MSI. (See Section 4.2.10.12.)
13. Release each single hook of the CAM MSI (PL7.1.25) secured to the
SHAFT MSI (PL7.1.28), then shift the CAM MSI toward the interior.
14. Release the hook of the SPRING SOL 0.5 (PL7.1.39) hanging from the
convex part above the STOPPER SOL (PL7.1.38).
15. Release the 1 hook securing the STOPPER SOL to the left side shaft of
the SHAFT MSI, then remove the STOPPER SOL from the shaft.
16. Release the 1 hook securing the GEAR MSI (PL7.1.22) to the right side
shaft of the SHAFT MSI, then remove the GEAR MSI from the shaft.
17. Release the SPRING N/F MSI hooks from the right and left sides shaft of
the SHAFT ASSY ROLL FEED.
18. Remove the BEARING MSI (PL7.1.24) above the SHAFT MSI toward the
interior and out of the CHUTE ASSY OUT shaft socket.
19. Lift the right end of the SHAFT ASSY ROLL FEED, then pull out the
SHAFT ASSY FEED of the CHUTE ASSY OUT.
