Chapter 7. Operation
The indirect inputting method of multiple position variables is as follows:
- Drag and select the position variables to set.
- Double clicking the position in the absolute position display area of the operation part enters
an absolute position value of the relevant axis into the position variables.
- The value of P variables can be forcedly set during automatic operation, which however can be a
cause of malfunctions, so be careful.
② Velocity variable(F0~F9) setting
- In order to set a velocity variable forcedly, select a
tab on the variable value
display part first so that the velocity variable table may appear.
- Double click a velocity variable(F variable) for forced setting among velocity variables.
- The F variable display area for forced setting is converted into an
input
box to input a value.
- Entering a setting value in the input box and then pressing the “ENTER” key sets an F
variable value forcedly.
- Pressing the “ESCAPE” key during an input cancels the input and makes the input box disappear.
- The input range of F variables is ‘0’ through‘240000’, and the input unit is mm/min or RPM.
- The F variable value can be forcedly set during automatic operation, but it can cause a
malfunction, so be careful.
③ Dwell variable(D0,E0 ~ D9,E9) setting
- In order to set a dwell variable forcedly, select a
tab on the variable value display
part first so that the dwell variable table may appear.
- Double click a dwell variable(D variable) for forced setting among dwell variables.
- The D variable display area for forced setting is converted into an
input box to input a value.
- Entering a setting value in the input box and then pressing the “ENTER” key sets a D variable
value compulsively.
- Pressing the “ESCAPE” key during an input cancels the input and makes the input box disappear.
- The input range of D variables is ‘-99999999’ t99999999’.
- The D variable value can be forcedly set during automatic operation, but it can cause a
malfunction, so be careful.
④ L variable (L0 ~ L1999) setting
- In order to set a L variable forcedly, select a
tab on the variable value display part
first so that the L variable table may appear.
- Double click a L variable for forced setting among L variables.
- The L variable display area for forced setting is converted into an
input
box to input a value.
- Entering a setting value in the input box and then pressing the “ENTER” key sets an L
variable value compulsively.
- Pressing the “ESCAPE” key during an input cancels the input and makes the input box disappear.
- The input range of L variables is ‘-99999999’ t99999999’.
- The L variable value can be forcedly set during automatic operation, but it can cause a
malfunction, so be careful.

Variable backup and restoration function
You can back up or restore the entire variables in the teach panel through the data control part.

: This is used to select a physical object(PC or MCU) to store or read the
entire variables(position, velocity, dwell, L variable).

: This button is used to read the entire variables from a set physical object.

: This button is used to store the entire variables into a set physical object.

: This button is used to print the entire variables being displayed on the teach
panel with a printer.
The progress status is displayed on the operation part area when storing or
restoring the entire variables.
