2.5.1

Mount flange assemblies

Complete the following steps to mount the flange assemblies for the analyzer.
1.

Form two mounting holes on opposite sides of the stack according to the
considerations in

Section 2.4

These holes should accept a

slip fit

with the stand-off pipe.

Weld the stand-off pipes to the site mounting flanges as shown in

Figure 2-1

With the stand-off pipes and site mounting flanges welded together, insert the
mounting flange assemblies into their mounting holes.

Position the mounting flange assemblies so the four threaded mounting holes are
located as shown in
