4. A S S E M B LY

The XRGI® system is delivered in one packaging unit.
Check the scope of delivery for completeness and integrity.

Before assembling the XRGI® system, the comments of the gas supply company, the and the DNO‘s approval must be obtained.

Accessories are optionally available for installation and operation of the XRGI® system.

A Power Unit weighs 440 kg to 750 kg, depending on the Power Unit model (

→

Chapter 6). Liability for the XRGI® system transfers to

the customer upon handover of the system to the transport company or freight forwarder, at the latest when the system leaves the
works or the distribution warehouse. This also applies if CPT has been agreed (T&Cs

→

www.ecpower.eu).

The simplest way to transport the Power Unit is with a pallet truck for euro pallets. Position the pallet truck centrally and fully under-
neath the pallet. The Power Unit must be transported as a complete unit and should not be positioned upside down or on its side
during transportation. Do not exceed an angle of tilt of 45–50°, for example when transporting up stairs or by crane, as this may cause
damage to the engine. In the worst case, this can lead to a defect of the engine.

Split deliveries with assembly on site are only possible after consultation with EC POWER! The dimensions of the Power Unit are
described in chapter 4.4.
