R E G U L AT I O N S , S TA N D A R D S A N D L AW S

Adhere to and comply with the provisions, regulations and guidelines applicable in the individual country when installing the XRGI®
system.

3.5

WA R R A N T Y I N F O R M AT I O N

EC POWER is obliged to take back XRGI® systems after their use. XRGI® systems have to be reused or recycled following their return.
Components that cannot be recycled have to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Comply with the following requirements to uphold the warranty:

■

Install and operate the system professionally and in accordance with the applicable EC POWER instructions.

■

Only allow trained and authorised EC POWER personnel to perform regular servicing on the unit in accordance with the

current servicing instructions.

Warranty exclusions: The guarantee excludes damage over which the manufacturer has no direct or indirect influence, such as

■

Faulty planning and installation (e.g., fuel supply, hydraulic/electrical connections, exhaust gas extraction)

■

Commissioning, servicing and repairs by persons not authorised by EC POWER

■

Natural wear and tear

■

Faulty, negligent handling, modifications, repairs

■

Use of unsuitable equipment/material, unauthorised lubricants

■

Use of heating water that does not meet applicable technical guidelines

■

Chemical, electro-chemical and electrical influences

■

Use of drinking water that does not comply with the generally recognised technical regulations

■

Climatic or other effects outside the specifications given in the XRGI® manual (e.g., insufficient ventilation, lightning,

overvoltage, severe weather, fire, etc.)

The current version of the guarantee and warranty stipulations in the EC POWER A/S General Terms and Conditions apply.
