It is usually not required with public APNs. If you have a private APN, you should ask
your provider for this parameter (you will need it to access the LTE/HSPA+ network).
DNS1, DNS2
Identifies DNS addresses (the domain name system). If you provided the main or
secondary server's address as a domain, at least one DNS address must be specified.

Connection
9.1.3.1.
Test events period
The
device transmits, with the specified interval, the “Test” signal, which informs the
monitoring station that the device is working. Click this field to open the list of
available values: from 20 seconds to 8 hours. Select the item “Custom” and you can
enter any value included in the above period.
9.1.3.2.
Primary server
Interval between successive connection attempts
If the device cannot connect to the main server, then after time defined in this field
elapses, the device will perform another attempt.
Number of connection attempts with server before switching to backup
server
In this field, enter the number of attempts with time interval set (parameter above)
the device will try to connect the main server in case of failure. After performing the
defined number of attempts (from 1 to 100), the device will start procedure for
connecting with a backup server.
This option is enabled only when the secondary server has been defined.
Always try to connect to the primary server first
Activating this option means that the device will try first to connect to the primary
server, regardless of the definition of parameters for the secondary server (in
particular the number of connection attempts). This option has higher priority than
the parameters for backup server.

Disconnect after
Selecting this box will mean that the device will disconnect with the secondary server
after the pre-defined period of time. The rest of the procedure depends on the
parameter: “Always try to connect to the primary server first”. If this option is
