Analog Output signal does not
match the actuator position.

Control cable is damaged.
Inspect cable for possible damage including cuts or
pinching.
Control signals not wired correctly, or
ground missing.
Ensure all control wiring is consistent with
instructions in the user manual.
Verify that the Analog Input and Analog Output are
not cross-wired.
Output signal configured incorrectly.
Ensure that the configuration (DIP) switch settings
match your desired signal type (0-10V or 4-20mA).
Verify that the PLC input is configured for the type
of signal being suppied by the actuator (0-10V or
4-20mA).
