• Place the cable harness (1) of the Peltier
element in the recess of the insulation (2).
Position the cooling compartment in such a
way that the holes for the screws are
placed exactly opposite the holes of the
cooling compartment. (Fig. 4)
CAUTION: Ensure that the Peltier element
is not moved.
• Check whether the plastic insulating bushes
(3) are damaged and replace them if
required. (Fig. 5)
• Insert the screws, the insulating bushes abd
the pressure plate in the heat sink.
Mount the parts onto the upper fastening
screw (4) in the following order: (Fig. 5)
1. Lock washer 4.3 mm (5)
2. Ground lug (with the lug towards the top)

3. Insulating bush (3)
• Place a suitable 1 mm gauge underneath
one end (7) of the pressure plate. (Fig. 4)
Fasten the screw at this end (7) of the
pressure plate just until the gauge is still
held.
Fasten the screw at the other end of the
pressure plate (100 Ncm) by using a torque
wrench (part no. B-0399) and the
hexagonal insert 3mm (part no. B-03
98).
(Fig. 6)
CAUTION: Fasten the screw respectively
by 1/4 of a turn until the
torque wrench reacts at
100 Ncm.
• Remove the gauge.
CAUTION: Observe that the pressure
plate is only supported
centrally by the heat sink, but
not at the ends. (Fig. 6)
• Plug the ground connection.
• Remount the dispenser.
