Preparation:
•
Disconnect the dispenser from the mains
supply and close the water tap.
•
Dismount the front part (1). (Fig.1)
(see chap. 5G.2)
CAUTION:
When the front panel (2) is
made of glass, there is a
danger of being injured due to
rupture of the glass. (Fig. 1)
CAUTION:
The Peltier element (3) must
not be damaged.
Ensure that the cooling
compartment is not placed on
top of the Peltier element. Do
not dismount the Peltier
element. (Fig. 1)
•
Withdraw the sheet metal housing (4) from
the cooling compartment insulation. At the
same time disconnect the cable harness (5)
from the pc board. (Fig. 1)
•
Remove the cooling compartment frame (6).
(Fig. 1)
Disassembly of the B2 coil
•
Remove the cellular sealing (7). (Fig. 1)
•
Loosen the screws (8) and remove the
screened coil. (Fig. 1)
•
Carefully remove the B2 coil (9) towards
the top, by carefully moving the cables.
(Fig.1)
•
If necessary remove the insulation ring (10)
and the empty detection (11). (Fig.1)
CAUTION:
When remounting:
-
It must be observed that the
sealings are positioned
correctly.
-
For a better mounting, place
the o-ring on the cooling
compartment.
When remounting the screened
coil, insert the 3 screws (12).
(Fig. 1)
After the assembly, ensure
that the screened coil is
positioned evenly on the
cooling compartment.
Disassembly of the empty detection
•
Remove the insulation ring (10). (Fig. 1)
•
Remove the 3 screws (12). (Fig. 1)
CAUTION:
When remounting, ensure that:
-
the screws M4x8 mm (12)
are inserted.
Longer screws (even when
they are only 2 mm longer)
will lead to malfunctions.
(Fig. 1)
-
the insulation ring is placed
onto the empty detection
(11). (Fig. 1)
-
the foam rubber sealing is
mounted to the console for
screened coil.
-
that the cables are installed
next to the empty detection
and not underneath it.
Wrong installation of the
cables can lead to dosing
errors.
CAUTION:
When mounting, ensure that
the empty detection is in the
correct position.
If replacing the empty detection in
dispensers with an older empty
detection, the complete 'empty
detection inc. screws' assembly must
be installed. (see spare parts list)
It is essential that screws with a flange
are used.
CAUTION:
When replacing the empty
detection the screws must be
fastened carefully in order to
prevent deformation of the
plastic housing.
