12.15 Backup & Restore

All data used by the teach pendant can be backed up and restored.

Files with software version lower than the current version cannot be restored.

Items included in the backup data are as follows:

•

Items registered in the Workcell Manager

•

System parameters

•

Tasks of TB and TW

•

Settings (cockpit, remote control, teach pendant, smart pendant, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU,
screen saver, idle servo off)

To backup data, follow these steps:

Tap the

Settings

button and select Backup & Restore.

Tap backup checkboxes of all data and then tap the Backup button.

Select the directory to save.

To restore data, follow these steps:

Tap the

Settings

button and select Backup & Restore.

Tap the Restore menu.

Tap the Restore button and tap the bak file to restore.

When restore is complete, restart the system.
