MicroController Control System

Testing And Adjusting

Logics Removal

Battery  voltage  and  high  amperage  are  present.
Injury  to  personnel  is  possible.  Disconnect  the
battery  and  discharge  the  head  capacitor  (HEAD
CAP) before any contact is made with the control
panel.

<Drive Controller>

Disconnect the battery and discharge the head

capacitor.

Component Location
(1) B+ Cable, (2) B- Cable, (3) A1 Cable, (4) A2 Cable,
(5) S1 Cable, (6) S2 Cable, (7) POS Cable, (8) Bolts

Disconnect 8 (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) cables

from the controller ass’y and disconnect 4 connectors
and 4 terminals from the controller.

Loosen 5 bolts (8) that hold the controller ass’y and

remove the controller ass’y.

WARNING

Loosen 6 screws (8) that hold logic cover.

Loosen 4 screws and remove the side cover (9)

and connector DG (10).

Remove the plate (11).

Remove logics to right.

<Pump Controller>

Disconnect the battery and discharge the head

capacitor.

Component Location
(1) POS Cable, (2) B- Cable, (3) P1 Cable, (4) P2 Cable,

Disconnect 4 cables (1), (2), (3), (4) from the

controller ass’y and 5 connectors from the controller.

Loosen 4 bolts (5) that hold the controller ass’y.
