Troubleshooting

PROBLEM 31

Display = “F3”, no lift truck operation.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Pump fuse open.
Shorted MOSFET TP in Pump Module.;
Open the pump motor cable (P1, P2) during the operation.
Open the armature coil or the ﬁeld coil in pump motor
during operation.
Logics defect.

CHECKS

Check the pump fuse open.

Yes

Remove the pump controller from frame
and replace the pump controller.

Replace the pump fuse.

Replace the armature AS or ﬁeld AS.

Repair or replace
the cables.

Measure the resistance between
P1 and P2 terminals on pump motor.

0 ohm

Opened

Check the continuity of P1, P2 cables.

Continuity

No continuity
