Description of PARAMETER CHANGE
Menu That may be Programmed
(PARAMETER CHANGE MENU)
The Parameters can be modified with the chopper in
standby or running. In the letter case, you must return
to standby before switching off the chopper so that
the modifications are stored in nonvolatile memory.
DRIVE CONTROLLER
NOTICE
Connection of the CONSOLE to the Drive Controller
must be made with the key switch turned off.
The following Parameters can be modified:
1. ACCELER. DELAY = acceleration time, i.e. the
minimum time during which the motor voltage varies
from 0V to the maximum.
2. INVERS BRAKING = basic braking current in
direction inversion. A value is added to this value
based on the accelerator puls a fixed increment
every second.
3. RELEASE BRAKING = release braking current
4. PEDAL BRAKING = release braking current with
brake pedal pressed.
5. BRAKING = the plugging current when the
regenerative braking isn’t selected.
6. BRAKING MODULE = define the maximum
current in inversion braking with the accelerator
pedal pressed. When the accelerator is pressed
all the way down in inversion, braking becomes
more brusque the higher the value of the parameter.
7. CURVE BRAKING = current for curve braking,
activated with speed reduction request
(CUT BACK SPEED 1), if the PWM is greater than
80% and the motor current less than 40% lmax.
8. CURVE TIME = curve braking time associated to
CUT BACK SPEED 1. If 0, braking is not carried out.
9. CUT BACK SPEED 1 = reduction of speed (relative
to DB -7).
10. COMPENSATION = compensation of the speed
(motor voltage) on the basis of the current when
the speed reduction is active.
11. WEAK DROPOUT = threshold of current for
opening the weakening contactor (if programmed
as such and not as bypass, in which case the
output threshold is fixed and not programmable.
12. MAXIMUM CURRENT = define the maximum
current of the chopper both when running and in
braking. All the current adjustments are expressed
as a pecentage of this value. The adjustment
interval is from 50% (level 0) to 100% (level 9).
13. CREEP SPEED = define the maximum voltage
applied to the motor with the running request
activated. Provides a more immediate response
in starting off.
14. MAX SPEED FORW = max speed with forward
direction on. This speed reduction goes under
adjustable compensation with the COMPENSATION
parameter.
15. MAX SPEED BACK = max speed with backward
direction on. This speed reduction goes under
adjustable compensation with the COMPENSATION
parameter.
PUMP CONTROLLER
NOTICE
Connection of the CONSOLE to the Pump Controller
must be made after the key switch turned on.
The following Parameters can be modified:
1. ACCELER. DELAY = Pump motor acceleration time.
2. DECELER. DELAY = Deceleration time, i.e. to
annual the motor.
3. EV. ACCELER. DEL = Acceleration time relative to
descent (proportional solenoid valve).
4. EV. DECELER. DEL = Deceleration time relative to
descent (proportional solenoid valve).
5. HYD SPEED COARSE = Coarse hydrodrive speed
(from 0 to 100% Vbatt on the motor).
6. HYD SPEED COARSE = Fine hydrodrive speed
(a value from 0 to 100% Vbatt is added to the coarse
speed value).
The speed is given by :
motor voltage=(coarse speed + fine speed)xVbatt/100.
