Digitax.Mobile dlls

If you prefer you can continue to use digitax.mobile dlls for modem , they will continue to be supported (the same 
libraries are used in the ConnectionService itself) most important thing if you want to continue to use the modem 
libraries is that you have to be sure that connection service auto startup is disabled.
In latest release classes for Cinterion and Motorola are embedded in digitax.mobile.modem.dll and link library is 
embedded in digitax.mobile.ras
So remove from your project all references to

Digitax.mobile.modem.cinterion
Digitax.mobile.modem.motorola
Digitax.mobile.ras.link

They now are obsolete.
