PROBLEM
An interrupted image is
being displayed.
Distorted image from a
computer input.
No menus are displayed
when pressing MENU on
the remote control.
Uneven light distribution.
A warning box tells you
the projector is too hot.
The projector is not
responding to commands
from the remote control.
The back light on the
remote control will not
illuminate.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The image has been pre-
recorded with a different
sync.
The computers pixel phase
and resolution differ from
that of the projector.
The On Screen Display is
turned off.
Screen may be wrinkled or
incorrectly installed.
The projector is
overheating.
The batteries are flat.
The remote cable is not
connected properly.

SOLUTION
Change the input sync
using MODIFY in the
CHANNEL SET-UP
to match the signal to the
projector.
Use the PIXEL and
PHASE buttons on the
remote control to match
them with the projector.
Press the OSD ON button
on the remote control.
Ensure screen is flat and
securely mounted.
Check if air ducts are
clear, clean/replace filters.
Replace batteries.
Ensure the cable is
connected properly.
Replace batteries.
