SECTION 6: CONFIGURING QUEUING APPLICATIONS
The person passed the counting constraints, started outside the queue count
area and crossed the pink queue exit line. The track wait time was sent in a
metric packet. If the Debug check box is selected on the queue page, the dot
changes from the green “track ID, wait time” format to a green dot.
Assume that all individuals in this example passed the counting constraints.
The first person starts outside of the queue count area and continues through
the pink queue exit, at which point their wait time is sent out in a metric
packet. If the Debug check box is selected, a green dot is displayed.
The second and fourth people start outside the queue count area, currently
have valid wait times, and have not yet crossed the pink queue exit line. If
the Debug check box is selected, the ID and wait time is displayed. The third
person starts inside the queue count area, so the wait time is not valid.
The last person is in the queue count area but is not within the Track Distance
threshold of another person in the queue.
