To download the configuration, click on the actual CLU
("Click to download"), then you will be asked to scan the
QR-code on the CLU device or type the serial number
manually.(step 3)

Scan QR-code on the CLU device. If you are not able to
scan the QR-code, click on "fill in manually".
You will recive and email from the one who created the facility in the facility portal. If
you haven't recived the email or ordered the facility configuration, go to the following
link

Use your smartphone or tablet and click the link received in
the email. (NB! the one who created and filled in the facility
information will receive the email, so make sure to have
access to this email.)

Alternatively scan the QR-code on the CLU device to be
guided in to the installer portal. Be aware that, the one who
filled in the facility data normally has access to the facility in
the facility form.
