Similar to a General Inspection, when a Tester AutoSequence is run, the user may be presented with

At particular steps in the sequence, remote control commands may be transmitted from ES601

The OTHER SEQUENCES menu of

Fig u re 61

optionally provides menus specifically designed for

Datrend test products such as 7, Infutest 2000, and Phase3. Oxitest AutoSequences allow
ES601 to configure the simulator via RS232 remote control, then permit the user to pass or fail the
oximeter response, and optionally enter test data by means of the QWERTY keypad or PS/2
keyboard. Automated oximeter alarm tests are also provided by Oxitest AutoSequences. With
Infutest 2000 and Phase3 AutoSequences, ES601 automatically configures the tester by RS232
remote control, then monitors and displays tester status while the tester executes the desired test.
After the tester has completed its measurements, ES601 downloads the test results and passes or
fails the results automatically, according to pass/fail criteria that can be specified by the user via the
corresponding Infutest or Phase3 plug-in of the ES601pc software package.

Selector menus for Datrend testers such as Oxitest, Infutest and Phase3 operate the same way as for
other types of automated test sequence.
