8.8.5 Filtering the Instructions

Press "Filter Instructions". The Instruction Filter window will appear (see

Fig u re 101

). Under the

Basic Filter tab, select a Category and/or an Op Code and then press "OK". Only the instructions
with the selected category or op code will appear in the Available Instructions window. To see all
available instructions again, press "Filter Instruction List" and then "OK" in the Instruction Filter
window.

In order to select multiple categories or multiple op codes, select the Advanced Filter tab in the
Instruction Filter window. Check the categories or op codes of the instructions that should appear
(see

Fig u re 102

). Press "Select All Categories" or "Select All Op Codes" to select all the checkboxes.

Press "OK" to filter the Instruction Table.

8.8.6 Deleting an Instruction

Select an instruction from the Instruction Table. Press Delete Instruction. A warning message will
appear which will list the sequences which currently use the instruction. If there are no sequences
listed and it is desired to delete the instruction, press "Yes".

Removing or changing an instruction may have significant effects on
previously defined General Inspections and/or Tester AutoSequences. Take
care when making this type of change to avoid unexpected results with
historical Inspections and AutoSequences.
