Can I Configure Each SIP Account’s Local Port separately?

No, you can’t configure the SIP Local port separately for each account. The
Local Port value would be the same for all the Account.
You can set the Local Port from GUI using “SIP Accounts->Advanced
Settings”

Other SIP Parameters

Parameters.

Can any of the existing user can change the SIP Account parameters?

Yes, you can modify the SIP Account parameters only when “

SIP Account

Access”

is enabled in “Users” page for that user. This can be done even the

same SIP Account is shared across multiple users, but the same changes
would be reflected across all users SIP Accounts.

o

What are the Maximum Users and Maximum SIP Accounts supported?

You can create up to maximum of 5 Users and 5 Accounts. Each User can
have upto maximum of 100 Phone Book, 100 Speed Dial, 20 dial plan
entries.
At any time at least one User and one Account is mandatory.

o

Why DHCP Inform is not working?

DHCP Inform Implementation is specific to Service Provider DVX, make sure
you are using server as DVX Server.

o

Even after enabling Campon Feature, Why the Busy call is not automatically
retried?

Campon Call is not automatically retried; you need to click on “Campon”
Soft key after getting the feedback response as busy.

o

I selected Head set button from key pad, it is getting “Headset not
detected”, why?

The following can be the reasons:

You may not have connected your Headset Speaker and Mike to the
Phone, connect them.

If you are only connected RJ14 Headset, You need to disable
Headset Detection Flag from GUI. By default it is Disable and always
expects you to connect your Head set Speaker and Mike to the
Interfaces.

Always my Phone rings on the Hands free Interface, Can I change the
default Audio Set Interface to Headset?

Yes,  you  can  change  you’re  your  Phone’s  default  Audio  Set  Interface  as
Headset.  Take  Configuration  Backup  to  PC,  modify  Interface  status  flag
value  between

<eDefaultAudioMode

> and <

/eDefaultAudioMode

> to 2. After

the change, zip the CfgSys folder and do Config Restore. After this change
always phone rings on the Headset Interface. For Interface change to Hands
free modify it to 3.

Can I take Configuration Backup to PC using Http / Https / TFTP?

No, you cannot take; you can only take Configuration Backup using GUI.
