Record your controller serial number in a safe location in case

you need to contact Cyphre Customer Support.

To remove the RAID card:

Power down the appliance. "Powering Down an Appliance " on page 39

Disconnect the power cord from the power supply.

Disconnect the signal cables.

Remove the cover from the appliance."Removing the Appliance Cover " on page 62

Remove the two controller mount screws from the rear panel insert. See the image
below.
