can exclude TCP packets from the address-based traffic distribution
criteria.

Set the Bandwidth upper limit. This number will specify the traffic (expressed
in percentage of the available bandwidth) in the main links that will trigger the
activation of a backup link (backup load). Set zero if load backup is not needed.
If load backup is selected, a Bandwidth lower limit (the trigger for backup
deactivation) needs to be specified.
