Getting the WAN Interfaces to work

PR2000 Installation Guide

 Info->Show Status tells you the status of the line ("up"/

"down"/"administrative down"). A line "down" could indicate, for
example, that the DCD signal is low in a serial connection (the line
is not active).

•

 Depending on your knowledge of the protocol configured on the

line, the statistics information (Info->Show Statistic) and the
PR2000 debug and line trace tools (Debug->Trace) can help you
to identify and isolate problems.

Break-up boxes, protocol analyzers and other equipment can also be used to
identify network problems.
