Recapture configuration on a 2-row (3m) sprayer.
To remove the outer screens.
Safety - where possible perform this task using
an appropriate lifting device.
Disconnect and cap (T5) both sides of the suction line at
the filter (
circled in blue
on page 69).
Disconnect the bottom tie rod.
Remove the top collar and drop out the whole rec
swivel head assembly. Move to storage.
Repeat the same for the Fan Frame + swivel head (remove
tie rod and top collar) and support close by.
Disconnect the Push-Pull tie rod from the hanger, remove
the bottom collar and remove the hanger.
Now the Fan Frame + swivel head can be reinstalled at the
end of the boom arm as shown pictured. Reconnect the tie
rod. Tidy up the hoses that went to the recapture screen.
