MISE EN SERVICE
Pour effectuer correctement cette opération il
faut suivre les indications suivantes :
ATTENTION :
Cette opération doit être effectuée
rigoureusement par un responsable
de l’entretien formé et autorisé par écrit par
la maison CRM qui formera le personnel
avant la livraison de la machine.
4.4.1
Positionner la machine dans le lieu
d’installation, ensuite bloquer les freins de
stationnement des roues.
AVERTISSEMENT
La machine doit être positionnée en
assurant les espaces minimaux pour
le fonctionnement et pour les opérations
d’entretien pour éviter l’éventuel écrasement
en cas d’ouverture des protections de la
moule et pour permettre le remplacement de
la même moule.
4.4.2
Placer le tapis de chargement du produit et le
fixer sur la machine, ensuite bloquer les
freins de stationnement des roues.
4.4.3
Si la machine est équipée de tapis de
collecte, le positionner et le fixer sur la
machine, ensuite bloquer les freins de
stationnement des roues.

To correctly perform this operation behave as
follows:
ATTENTION
this operation must be rigorously
performed by a trained
maintenance technician with a written
document certified by CRM, which will
provide for the training and formation of
the personnel before the delivery of the
machine.
4.4.1
Position the machine in the installation and
working place, then
lock the parking brakes of
the wheels.
ATTENTION
The positioning must be executed gua-
ranteeing the minimum space for the
operation and for the future maintenances, and
to avoid crushing in case of opening of the die
guards and to replace the same die.
4.4.2
Position the product loading belt and fasten it
to the machine, then lock the parking brakes
of the wheels.
4.4.3
If the machine is provided with the collecting
belt, position it and fasten it to the machine,
then lock the parking brakes of the wheels.
