DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS

9 - Arm swing control and wheel pressure display panel
9-1 - Air pressure display gauge
Pressure gauge which displays the air pressure set with the pedal E1.
Displays the tyre pressure in bar.
9-2 - Tool arm swing control
The control swings the tool arm into the working position and locks it there.
The same control releases the tool arm and swings it outwards.
9-3 - Deflation button
Press this button to discharge excess air from inside the tyre. This button can only be
used during inflation of the tyre with the Doyfe union of the inflation line connected to
the stem of the valve.
12 – Panel controls
12-1 Bead-breaker arm release button. This button is a hold-to-run device and makes it possible to bring
the bead-breaking arms nearer to one another and to move them away from each other at the same time.
Note: the arms are always blocked

How to use:
Phase 1 keep the button pressed
Phase 2 operate the lever 12-6 forward or back until the required position is obtained, then
release the button
This sequence must be repeated every time you want to change the position of the bead-
breaker arms.
12-2 Upper bead-breaker unit vertical sliding lever
12-3 Lower bead-breaking unit vertical sliding lever
12-4 Upper bead-breaker disk penetration control button.
How to use:
When the bead-breaker disk is in position to start bead breaking, press the button that
starts penetration.
Until the bead-breaker unit slides downwards, penetration is operative. When the unit
automatically returns upwards, penetration is disengaged.
Repeat the sequence every time you want to perform a bead-breaking operation.
12-5 Lower bead-breaker disk penetration control button.
How to use:
When the bead-breaker disk is in position to start bead breaking, press the button that
starts penetration.
Until the bead-breaker unit slides upwards, penetration is operative. When the unit auto-
matically drops, penetration is disengaged.
Repeat the sequence every time you want to perform a bead-breaking operation.
12-6 Bead-breaker arm horizontal movement control lever, used together with the button 12-1.
12-7 Mobile tool head control lever.
How to use:
Once the tool head has been ideally positioned, by means of this control, the tool head
loads the bead.
