To install an expansion board:

CAUTION:

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can damage electronic components.

Make sure that you are properly grounded (earthed) before beginning any
installation procedure. See Appendix B, “Electrostatic Discharge,” for more
information.

Follow the steps in “Removing the Access Panel” earlier in this chapter.

From inside the chassis, push the expansion slot cover through the rear
of the chassis as shown in Figure 3-15.
