About Cable Management Brackets
The Cisco NCS 6000 FCC has cable management features on the front and rear sides of the FCC. These
brackets organize the interface cables entering and exiting the different cards, keeping them out of the way
and free of sharp bends that may damage the cables.

The front and rear sides of the FCC have horizontal cable management brackets above and below the
card cages (

).

The front and rear sides of the FCC have vertical cable troughs on the left and right sides of the FCC
used for routing the cables (

A vertical cable management bracket is preattached to the faceplate of an S2 FC, S2 FC2, S13 MC FC,
UFC, and SC-SW card.
