Click the check box of the user groups or individual users you want to receive the Case Document, then
click

Tip

Select

All Users

from the dropdown menu to display all individual user accounts.

The selected recipients appear in the left-hand area of the dialog box.

Step 7

Click

Submit

to send the Case Document to the recipients.

The email is sent and the case history is updated to show the email event as the lastest item of the case
history.
