Insert mode
Function
Enables different camera data displayed in the image (e.g. image
counter or line counter).
Notes
The parameter inside the camera will be measured in bytes. In the CST
the single bits can be set using the checkboxes.
Single information will be displayed in the image as follows:
Information type
Description
First Line Info block
Image-related information is shown in the first 22 pixels of the first
line. The image functionality is required.
Info block in each
line
Line-related information is shown in the first 10 or 17 pixels of each
line, depending on the selections for
“Insert Mode”.
For detailed information on the each line and last line information refer to the allPIXA(pro)
manual.

Test pattern
In order to be able to check the system setup, it is helpful to generate exactly defined test
images inside the camera.
This explicitly helps to check:
the frame grabber connection,
the frame grabber setting,
the transmission quality over the CameraLink cable.
Function
Enables different test images in the camera.
Notes
The data is generated directly after the analog image processing. It will
pass all the digital image processing steps.
