To reduce tension
WARNING
Pressurized fluid can penetrate the skin and
cause severe injuries.
The grease in the cylinder is under high pres-
sure. Never loosen the grease fitting adaptor
completely in order to speed up the flow of
grease.
Failure to comply could result in death or se-
rious injury.

1. Loosen the grease fitting adaptor by about three turns
to allow grease to flow out of the cylinder.
2. As soon as the right track tension is obtained, tighten
the adaptor.
The value must be between:
330 mm ( 13.0 in ) and
360 mm ( 14.2 in ).
3. Clean the grease adaptor and fitting and then lower
the raised track to the ground.
4. Repeat Steps 1 to 3 for the other track.
NOTICE: If the grease fitting adaptor is damaged, grease
may leak out. Check the condition of the grease fitting
adaptor regularly and replace it if necessary.

Tightening torque of the track pad screws
ATTENTION: Regularly check the tightening of the
screws. Do not use the machine with the track pad
screws loose, the screws may come off and damage the
track.
The tightening torque of the screws must be:
813 - 911 N·m ( 599.6 - 671.9 lb ft )
