NOTE:

It is recommended that you keep the Y-

Axis Left Carriage on the left and the Y-Axis
Right Carriage on the right as shown in the
image below. to keep them in their proper
orientation with respect to the front of the
Shapeoko. However, they can easily be
distinguished by examining the side with the
bearings; the Y-Axis Left Carriage has the
motor’s axle closer to the left side of the
Carriage. Likewise, the Y-Axis Right Carriage has
the motor’s axle closer to the right side.
