LAN Emulation Menu Screen

IN ERRORS

This field displays, in hexadecimal format, any errors that have been received by the 
applicable interface. Detailed information on these errors may be found by using MIB-II 
commands.

OUT ERRORS

This field displays, in hexadecimal format, any errors that have been transmitted by the 
applicable interface. Detailed information on these errors may be found by using MIB-II 
commands.

NEXT

This command opens the next screen of interfaces. To perform the command, use the arrow 
keys to highlight the NEXT command. Press ENTER. The next screen of interfaces displays.

PREVIOUS

This command opens the previous screen of interfaces. To perform the command, use the 
arrow keys to highlight the PREVIOUS command. Press ENTER. The previous screen of 
interfaces displays.

2.21 LAN EMULATION MENU SCREEN

The LAN Emulation Menu screen provides access to a series of screens used to view the 
properties of the LAN Emulation Client that is used for In-Band management. It also opens 
the LEC Administration screen, which allows the user to configure the management LEC to fit 
the needs of the network. 

To access the LAN Emulation Menu screen, perform the following steps:

1.

Use the arrow keys to highlight the LANE menu item on the Configuration Menu screen.

2.

Press ENTER. The LAN Emulation Menu screen,
