DOOR GLASS—REAR (4-door)

—Remove and refit

76.31.02

Removing

1. Remove the trim pad. 76.34.04.

2 ** Remove the glass stop—three screws (earlier models

only).**

3. Wind the glass fully down and detach the regulator

arm from the channel.

4. Remove one bolt and plain washer.

5. Drill out the rivet and pull the channel away from

the quarter-light glass.

6. Detach the inner and outer door waist seals from

the clips.

7. Turn the glass sideways and lift it clear.

NOTE: Avoid scratching the glass on the seal clips
during removal.

Refitting

8. Reverse 1 to 7.
