Both of the numbers you need are located in your Options
icon on your BlackBerry, so refer back to your Bold. Click
the Options icon from your BlackBerry Home screen.

Press the letter S on your keyboard a few times until you
get to the Status item and click it.

Once in Status, look at the lines marked PIN and IMEI, as shown in
Figure 1-9.

Type in the PIN and IMEI i n t he f ields o n t he web site s creen-----but
remove any spaces or dots. You should then come to a series of
screens on the Main BlackBerry Internet Service web page (see Figures
1-10, 1-11, 1-12).

Log in or click the link from your carrier’s web site, to access a screen
similar to the one in Figure 1-10.
