To really see the document
the way it was meant to be
seen, and be able to edit it,
select Edit with Documents
to Go.
If you get an error message such as ‘‘Document Conversion Failed,’’ it’s very likely that
the attachment is in a format that is not viewable by the BlackBerry Attachment Viewer.
Check out the list of supported attachment types in Table 12-1 e.
Email Attachment Viewer Tips and Tricks
As with all features of your BlackBerry, there are some shortcuts and tricks that might
prove helpful when working with attachments using the generic BlackBerry attachment
viewer:

To search for specific text inside an attachment, press F.

To switch between showing tracked changes and showing the final
version, press H.

To jump to the top of the attachment, press T.

To jump to the bottom of the attachment, press B.

To change the width of a column (spreadsheet or table only), press W.

To Go To a specific cell (spreadsheet or table only), press G and then
type the cell name, e.g., C3.
 To view the contents of a cell (spreadsheet or table only), press the
space key or click on the trackpad.

To view a slide show presentation (Pictures or PowerPoint
presentation only), press A.

To stop the slide show presentation, hold the Escape key.
Editing with Documents to Go
When you select Edit with Documents to Go, the document will open on your screen.
You can scroll through it just as if you were reading a Word document on your
computer.
