Copy Music to Your BlackBerry
1.
In the top half of the Media Manager
screen, click on a folder to view your
music or playlist.

In the bottom left corner of the Media
Manager screen, click the plus sign (+)
next to the BlackBerry with the [Media
Card] at the end of it to see all the
folders stored on your media card.

Click on the folder to which you want to
copy your media---music, videos,
ringtones, and so forth. In this case,
because we want to transfer music, we
click on the music folder.

Now, you should see the music you
want to copy from your computer in the
top half of the screen and the music
folder from your BlackBerry media card
in the bottom half of the screen.
NOTE: On your Media Manager, your
will see your BlackBerry model
number instead of the one shown.

Now, click to highlight songs, playlists, videos, or any other media in the
top window.

Click the Copy Down button in the middle of the screen.
7.
Repeat the procedure for more songs or any other type of media.

You may see a window asking you if you want the Media Manager
program to copy the song and convert it for optimal playback on the
BlackBerry---you can select either copy with conversion, without
conversion, or look at advanced conversion options.
We generally recommend letting the Media Manager convert your media for
optimal playback on your BlackBerry. (However, this conversion may not work
with videos, which are much more challenging to convert than music and are
beyond the scope of this book.)
9.
Select OK and the song (or songs) will now be copied onto your
BlackBerry media card. Verify the copy by looking on the lower window
and seeing the song on your
media card.
