delete the listed databases.

How to Restore Specific Databases
In order to restore a file to your BlackBerry, you need to follow these steps and refer to
Figure 2-44.
1.
You need to have a backup file open in the left window. If the left
window is blank, you need to click File

Open in the upper left corner
to open a backup file.
2.
Click to select one or more database files in the left-hand window under
File: Backup-(year-month-day).ipd.
3.
Click the >> button in the middle to copy that information to your
BlackBerry on the right side. In Figure 2-44, we have selected the
Calendar database with 450 entries from the backup and are getting
ready to copy it to the BlackBerry.
4.
Start the restore process by clickingYes on the next screen, which will
look very similar to Figure 2-43.
