to Annex VII B. The person authorised to compile the relevant 
technical documentation is the Managing Director of the abo-
ve-mentioned manufacturer.

If this incomplete partial machine is brought together with ano-
ther incomplete partial machine, plant or machine to produce 
a  final  product  (machine)  according  to  the  Machine  Directive 
2006/42/EC or installed then commissioning of the final pro-
duct (machine) is not permitted until it has been established 
that it complies with the provisions of this directive.
