Part 1 Annex Manager Basics

Using the Reset Parameters Window

Annex Manager displays the

Reset Parameters

window if you changed

parameters that require resetting an Annex (see

Figure 3-5

). The

Reset

Parameters

window requires that you verify a reset procedure for the

Set

Copy

, and

Execute Script

commands.

Selecting the Confirm Auto Reset Option

The

Confirm Auto Reset

entry determines whether or not Annex Manager

displays the

Reset Parameters

window. It is the only menu entry that is a

check button. The check button is selected when you begin using Annex
Manager. This requires that you respond to the

Reset Parameters

window.

Confirm Auto Reset

is located in the

Options

pull-down menu of the main

window. You can deactivate the

Reset Parameters

window by clicking the

check button to clear the box. If you do not choose this option Annex
Manager resets the Annexes you selected automatically.

If you change values for port parameters only, Annex Manager
resets the ports you selected. It does not reset the entire Annex.
