Annex Manager provides several methods for selecting and deselecting
items from a list box. You can combine these methods in any list box
that permits you to select more than one item. Selected items are always
highlighted.
Selecting One
Item
Some lists permit you to select only one item in a list box. To select one
item:
1. Move the pointer to the item you want to select.
2. Click the mouse button.
Annex Manager highlights the item, indicating that it is selected.
You can search through a list by selecting one item and typing the
beginning letters of the item you want to find. The list scrolls
automatically to the item that matches your entry.
Selecting More
than One Item In many lists, you can select more than one item. To select items one at
a time:
1. Move the pointer to the first item you want to select and click the
mouse button.
The item appears highlighted, indicating that it is selected.
2. Move the pointer to the next item you want to select.
3. Hold and click the mouse button.
The item is selected in addition to any items you selected
previously. You can repeat this step to select as many items as you
need.
