defines the control character sequence that restarts output if

output_flow_control

is set to

start/stop

defines the control character sequence that stops output if

output_flow_control

is set to

start/stop

.

output_ttl

sets the time-to-live (TTL) for packets the Annex generates for RIP updates.
TTL is a field in IP packets that limits their lifetime on the network. Each time
a packet crosses a router, the router decrements the packet TTL by 1. When the
value reaches 0, the packet is discarded.

parity

defines the type of parity that the asynchronous port uses.
