Our recommendation:
•
In the first step, the AC2 value should be reduced to a minimum.
This reduces the difference in behavior
when starting of the motor when the inverter is already in the RUN mode and the motor is started at the
stopping of the inverter.
•
Adjust the PID values RPG and RIG in the second step
(and, if possible, also RDG). The objective is
to find the best compromise of dynamics and precision at the stop.

The specified reference must be used in the third step. Using the specified reference, a reference speed
can be sent directly to the output of the PID controller.
