5.5.1.5.2 Neigh Cell List
1. In the eNB GUI go to LTE Setting > GSM Freq/Cell (shown in Figure 5-29).
2. Under Neigh Cell List , click on the Add icon to add the neighboring GSM cells (up
to 32). Each field is described in Table 5-18. Click on Save after setting the values.

enable Determines whether or not to enable the neighbor cell
PLMN PLMN that the neighbor cell belongs to
lac Location area code of the neighbor cell
ci Cell ID of the neighbor cell
bandIndicator Band indicator of the neighbor cell
bcch Arfcn ARFCN of the neighbor cell
bsic eNodeB identification code of the neighbor cell
networkControlOrder Options:

00 (NC0): UE reselects the cell automatically

01 (NC1): UE sends a measurement report to the network
and reselects the cell automatically

10 (NC2): UE sends measurement report to the network,
but does not reselect the cell automatically. The
reselection is controlled by the network.

11 (RESET)

5.5.1.6 Mobility Parameter
The Mobility Parameter menu pertains to how roaming UE sessions are handled between
different eNBs in the same service area. When a UE is actively connected to an eNB, the
current eNB is referred to as the serving eNB or cell. The other eNBs in the area are referred
to as either neighbor or target eNBs or cells.
