Headset Connection & Use
The INDeX 20CC turrets are designed for headset use. Pressing
ANSWER/RELEASE
has the same effect as lifting or replacing the
handset on a normal phone.
If headsets are connected via a Multi-Purpose Amplifier (MPA) box, the
barrier box (supplied with the turret) must be used. The barrier box then
connects to the socket marked H/SET under the turret. Use of the barrier
box protects the turret in high static environments.
