Remarks

Preparation
Warm up the incubator before calibration and inspection.

Leave nothihg on the mattress.

Calibraiton

While pressing the Calibraion switch (located next to the power switch),

turn the power switch on.
After the message “INITIATING CALIBRATION” is displayed, a numerical

value of “0kg calibration” is displayed in the hexadecimal value.
(The numerical values of 0~9 or the alphabetical characters of A~F. Ignore

the values displayed.)

When the indicated value has stabilized in some degree (wait at least 5
seconds), press the Mode switch.

When a hexadecimal numerical value of “5kg calibaration” is displayed,

place the 5kg standard weight on the center of the mattress.
When the indicated value has stabilized in some degree (wait at least 5

seconds), press the Mode switch.

Check that “5000g” (±5g) is displayed when the message “CALIBRATION
COMPLETED” appears.

Press the Mode switch again.
Check that the weight monitor enters the manual weight measurement

mode (the mode when the incubator is switched on in normal operation).
