Š Feedback – adds a condition based on the text from a serial/telnet
device’s return message. Always add a Condition Feedback to a
serial/telnet command, with action(s) added below the Condition
Feedback, in a tree view list:
There are two Condition Feedback types:
Š Equals – when the text sent from a serial/telnet device’s return
message matches part of the text entered for a Condition Feedback
Equals , the actions listed below it will initiate.
To add a Condition Feedback Equals:
1. Click Condition under Device .
2. Select Feedback from the Function list.
3. Drag and Drop Feedback from the Function list to add it to the Serial/
Telnet command, in a tree view list:
4. Double-click If Feedback equals to in the Command list and use the
drop-down menu to select equal to and enter the Text .
Text entered here must match part of the text from a serial/telnet
device’s return message for the action(s) to initiate.
