The changes incorporated in ARM7TDMI Rev 4 are as follows:

improved low voltage operation

addition of EmbeddedICE-RT logic

enhancement to ETM interface

ability to minimize power consumption (by disabling EmbeddedICE-RT)

•

improvement in

Debug Communications Channel

(DCC) bandwidth

support for access to DCC through JTAG
