ARGUS 152

331

Display the quiet level noise (QLN) for
each tone. The QLN displays the quiet
level noise of the wire pair as function of
the frequency:



y-axis: QLN in dBm/Hz



x-axis: tones (channels)





Based on the QLN it is possible to detect
narrow-band interference caused by, for
example, a medium-wave radio station or
a defective switching power supply. Such
interference will appear as small peaks.











Display of the amplitude component of the
transfer function (HLOG) for each tone.
The HLOG shows the attenuation of a line
for each frequency.


